The best time to visit Malawi is cooler season between May and Mid November.

If you’re traveling alone, you must be at least 18 years old. The majority of our tours do not impose an upper age limit. If you have medical concerns, you’ll need to complete a medical form. Families with children aged 6 to 17 can participate in our Family Adventures, or they can arrange custom tours after discussing with our team. For our standard trips, children aged 12 and older can join when accompanied by a parent, with a limit of three/four children per adult.

Yes, the meals offered during your tour will showcase regional dishes. Our customer service team will help guests convey their special meal requirements to accommodations and dining venues, though we cannot ensure all requests will be fulfilled. Kindly submit your requests at least 30 days before your trip; we’ll inform our guides of any allergies. Please understand that all requested meal substitutions depend on restaurant availability and are subject to confirmation. We suggest bringing pre-packaged food options for those with stringent dietary restrictions.

Visa requirements are contingent upon your passport and destination. Generally, countries require passports to remain valid for at least six months after your return. While we aim to provide updated visa information, we recommend visiting https://www.evisa.gov.mw/ for additional details and requirements.
